Happened to enjoy the cleanliness of my room. The furnishings looked recently updated, which added a nice touch. Had a pleasant experience with the front desk staff, very accommodating during check-in. However, noticed some unsatisfactory behavior from guests loitering outside. That made me uncomfortable at times. The front desk staff vanished around 8:00 PM, which felt unprofessional. Overall, I had a comfortable stay but would prefer a better environment next time.

Notes of mold in the bathroom detracted from our stay. The large King Studio had an impressive shower and comfy beds.

The staff provided a warm welcome, making the stay feel personal and accommodating, especially considering we brought our pet along. Rooms maintained a commendable level of cleanliness and quietness. Breakfast included traditional bread and was consistently refreshed. However, the elevator lights showed signs of flickering and could be concerning during use, and the indoor pool was rather humid, which detracted from its usability.

Wi-Fi was reliable, and the indoor pool was nice. Struggled with dirty carpets.

We enjoyed our stay, especially visiting nearby Crystal Lake Golf Club while the kids checked out Skateville. The staff made us feel right at home, treating us like family. It was a fantastic spot to relax with our grandchildren after a fun day.

For dads, it would be great if the hot tub was open.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially during check-in, and the breakfast options were varied, including cereals, eggs, and a malted waffle machine. Additionally, the hotel featured a comfortable indoor pool and a 24-hour fitness center, making it convenient for business travelers to maintain their routines.

The parking lot had noticeable potholes.
